6 Months...

Sophie is six months old...so sad! She is no longer our little newborn. We've been super busy but we're all back home and taking it easy as a little family. Newest and most important update...Sophie cut her FIRST TOOTH!!! She's been making funny faces while feeling this new apparatus. Too cute! She loves bath time and has become quite the little eater. Although we've found that carrots are a NO GO! She totally retches on them, gives her chills and all. Almost sitting up on her own and she loves to touch her Daddy's face and hug his neck.





My Mom aka "Rammie" visited a couple weeks ago. Sophie MUCH enjoyed this visit as she was spoiled rotten...but, how could you not?!?! Company was great for us since Mike was off in Canada for a week. When Mike returned we all took a road trip to New Bern that weekend to visit GGB [great-grandma Becky] and toured the historic downtown area. Fun, fun!!





A week later Sophie and I traveled back home to little 'ole Lubbock. She got to visit lots of family and friends and couldn't get enough. Smiles the entire trip!! Plane ride there was not so bad but someone has become quite the sleep fighter and flights home were much harder. I'm pretty sure I will NEVER travel alone again. I haven't found my brain since becoming pregnant and forgot my camera so I'll post pictures of this trip when I get them!! Here are a few randoms to keep you occupied for now...
