Eighteen months already here. Charlie literally learns something new weekly, if not,
daily. Its funny you totally
forget this process and how fast pace it moves once they’re bigger. They look so different each
month…longer hair, more teeth, not-so-chunky cheeks. Charlie’s 18 month check-up confirmed she’s growning…in the
74th percentile!! She’s
26 pounds and 33 inches tall. So,
yeah…even having been born a preemie, this girl had no problems getting right
back on track.
Killer blue eyes... |
Her new favorite is chocolate milk. LOVE the chocolate milk…or really
anything chocolate. Oh wait!! And Ramen Noodles. This kid can eat her body weight in Ramen Noodles.
New words are “Whoa” and “Buh-dee” for birdie. She says “whoa” for so many
things…swinging high, almost falling, etc. And birds are pointed out wherever we are, if noticed. She makes growling noises for different animals and she can point out numerous body parts when asked. [ears, nose, cheeks, eyes, toes, teeth, hair and belly button, to be exact] So cute!!
Another super cute thing Charlie now does [thanks to Sister]
is wrap up her baby dolls. She’ll
even pat their backs too to put them to sleep. Sweet girls taking care of their babies. She likes reading books also but she has to sit in your lap to do so. Of course, she gets tired of any one book a few pages in.
Well, nineteen months don’t come too soon. Ugh!
Love to everyone reading.
